FLUID SITUATION
The current period for India does not appear to be that favorable on all fronts. Elections that were to come during the last quarter of this year have been advanced for both Parliament and Andhra Pradesh Assembly. The Election commission already announced the schedule between April 20th to May 10th. This period also witnesses to eclipses one on 19th April and the other on 4th May. 19th April's partial solar eclipse is coming on Sun's 29 degrees in Aries which is the Sun degree of Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Birth horoscope. The state is going to elections immediately there after indicating the difficult and critical period for the ruling party. Added to this as already we have written that the secondary progressions in the chart of Sri. Naidu for the current period show adverse angle of Moon - Mars Square which also indicates political and other setbacks to the party and state led by him. In the March ending Mars - Uranus square may also give political upsets, accidents, loss of life etc., However the effect of this adverse angle may come a few days this and that way depending on the Moon triggering this aspects. Even in the Parliamentary elections not many good aspects could be seen in the Horoscope's of the leaders such as Vajpayee and Advani, that give any favourable results to the present NDA alliance. The Mars - Uranus adverse may also upset the relations between the coalition parties. Similarly the Horoscope of Sonia Gandhi, leader of the Congress also does not have any good aspects. The adverse angle of Mars - Saturn opposition in her horoscope may give some sort of political humiliation or health setback. Viewing from these, in the coming period the formation of new governments may not be that rosy or as expected. The adverse angles that are forming in the Horoscope of Vajpayee as well that of Chandrababu towards Sept. 2004 likely to give them a major setback in the areas of power and health. Economic Scenario Taking this scenario as any indication, the Economic front may also witness upheavals particularly in the manipulative stock markets due to Mars - Uranus Adverse in March, Sun - Pluto opposition in June, Sun - Saturn conjunction in July 2004 etc. In September 2004 Sun - Pluto square, Sun - Uranus Adverse etc. further dampen the market moods. The likely changes that are to take place in the Government around that time due to adverse angles in the Horoscopes of Vajpayee and other leaders and Sun - Jupiter conjunction towards the end of the September may revive the Market hopes.
